BOMBER

Until designers recently decided to bring it back - no one is wearing skinny jeans anymore, shit, I store mine deep in my closet so I'd have no possible access to them.

Bomber jackets, bombardier jackets or flight jackets have brought happiness to the world since the twentieth century. They first began being used by pilots during World War 1 as a way of staying warm when they flew over 25,000 ft above ground, where temperatures would reach down too negative 58 degrees fahrenheit. They were heavy-duty jackets; with wraparound collars, large zipper closures, tight snug cuffs and waists, some were lined with fur.

In recent decades, the bomber jacket has become a total fashion statement, it brings both warmth and style to your wardrobe. I've always admired a good jacket, they have the power to elevate any outfit - if done correctly.

I love Kanye West, he really knows how to wear a bomber jacket, his style is constantly judged in the media but I find it quite interesting, I've always found a masculine style interesting but there is something about Mr. West's personal style that is so intriguing. He usually wears abnormally torn clothing, over-sized tops, his signature Yeezy shoes. He is true musical and fashion genius.

Fashion designers have a strong impact on fashion culture, they can revive a dead era - take the 70's, everyone hated 70's fashion (including me, not going to lie), bootcut and flare pants, bright colors, color blocking, it was all gone. Until designers recently decided to bring it back - no one is wearing skinny jeans anymore, shit, I store mine deep in my closet so I'd have no possible access to them. Designers have much more power over you than you think, they help you see the world differently.

For Pre-fall 2016, many designers choose to bring back, the jacket, you know, the bomber jacket. It had never truly died but many designers weren't paying attention to them. Now you have all kinds, gold ones with pale purple sleeves like at Gucci, oversized military green like at Burberry. These Pre-Fall 2016 collections can be expected to arrive during next summer.
